SnD Pro Services is a service coordination platform that helps customers connect with local service providers for selected home and support services.
1. Introduction
SnD Pro Services helps customers connect with local service providers for selected services in active service areas.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the website, submitting a booking, joining as a provider, or contacting SnD Pro Services, the user agrees to these terms.
3. Services
SnD Pro Services offers the active services shown in the live service catalog. Availability may vary by service area.
4. Service Availability
Services are available only in selected active service areas and are subject to provider availability.
5. Booking Process
Customer submits a booking request. SnD Pro Services reviews and coordinates. A provider is assigned only after availability and payment conditions are checked. A Booking ID is generated for tracking and admin use.
6. Payments
Payment may be collected through UPI, QR, bank transfer, cash, or another approved mode. Payment is manually verified in Phase 1. SnD Pro Services will not treat payment as confirmed until admin verifies it. Pay Later may be allowed only with admin approval.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customer must provide correct name, mobile number, location, service details, and access to the service location. Customer must not misuse service providers or the platform.
8. Provider Responsibilities
Provider must give accurate information, provide service professionally, and follow the agreed service scope.
9. Cancellation
Cancellation depends on service status, provider assignment, and work progress. The refund policy applies separately.
10. Limitation of Liability
SnD Pro Services coordinates services and does not guarantee every outcome beyond reasonable coordination and support. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service, where applicable.
11. Misuse
Fraudulent booking, false payment proof, abusive behavior, or misuse may lead to cancellation or suspension.
12. Changes to Terms
SnD Pro Services may update these terms from time to time.
